Head Coach Mike Ortiz of Springhill led his team to a Provincial Championship on May 15th. The U14 Girls were crowned Division 3 Provincial Champions after a hard-fought victory in the finals.
Coach Ortiz said “They played with such heart this weekend! I am just so happy and honoured to be able to coach such an amazing group with two amazing volunteers, Joe Reade and Jason Dickie. They battled all weekend in a very competitive division and brought home the banner. Way to go Crushers! You even made me shed a tear of joy!”
Massive congratulations to the entire U14 Cumberland Crushers team and their coaches and volunteers. You have done yourselves and all of Cumberland very proud!
